You will be laughing and socializing while building and toning muscle, bantering in between sets of high intensity training. We love running our sessions and assisting people from all walks of life in achieving their fitness goals. We understand that people come from different walks and ensure that everyone’s included in the team. Challenging? You bet. Co-founders Mark and John have developed our programs from a culmination of their military backgrounds, fitness industry experiences and the changing environment to make every new session plan effective in getting your results, and fun in getting your enjoyment.
While we are here to run sessions and support we really require everyone to socialize while we train, as this is where the training environment is best enhanced. This is not to say we don’t focus on results, because you will be challenged in every session! A big part of our community is our events which we participate in. These range from catching up for a beer to conquering mountains – literally.
Trainer or Facility
The key to being successful in the group training / boot camp industry is variety. Boot It has 6 unique programs with 100s of workouts. Boot It workouts are fun & challenging for people of all fitness levels.
We will show you the systems and tools that made Boot It Fitness grow so fast. With no starting capital Boot It went from 1 outdoor location to our own Indoor Facility (30+ classes/week) and 25 affiliated group training locations.
Boot It currently offers a BASIC boot camp instructor certification. This program was written by ex-military fitness professionals to cater to people of all fitness levels in a single session.
Being a trainer can be a lonely experience. The thing all boot it instructors and affiliates have in common is a down to earth approach to fitness and customer service. Network with your peers and learn from each other. That’s how we roll
